2009

We had an unusual cold winter with temperatures up to -14°C. But luckily no damages to our vines! There was a slow bud burst in April. We had no hurry to remove the excessive shoots. In general we had a really dry early-summer. Mild temperatures during blossoming caused a bad fruits set producing small berries. Finally there was some rain July and heavy rain falls in August damaged some slopes.

Due to the bad fruit set we gained concentrated high quality fruits. The Pinots from vintage 2009 belongs to the best Pinot Noir in our history!
