2006

After a long winter, the season started with a slow bud burst. We had a lot of time to take off excessive shoots. The warm sunny days during the flowering accelerated the growth of the fruits.
From August the weather turned to rainy and wet and stayed like that until the end of the harvest. Intense additional green harvest and separating tangled up grapes saved our vineyards from rot.
Unfortunately crop yields are very low. On the other hand, the quality in the cellar is superb.
