Cabernet Dorio

The red grape Cabernet Dorio is a crossing of Dornfelder and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a variety created in the research center of viticulture in Weinsberg in the year 1971. The grape has little berries with a hard skin, producing velvet-like and colourful wines. Cabernet Dorio is often blended with other red wines to intensify the colour of a wine.
