It is a cuv\u00e9e of Merlot and Pinot Noir. To make this wine, we begin with red winemaking techniques. Fruits are destemmed and rested on the skins and seeds. We use the saign\u00e9e technique to bleed the juice from the tank, extracting the colour and tannins from the skins. From the removed saign\u00e9e juice we vinificate the ros\u00e9 Luise. Shifting to traditional white winemaking techniques, most of the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks and a little part is fermented in used oak barrels aging there for five months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Current Vintage: 2011 Older Vintage: 2010 Our ros\u00e9 is named after Karl Heinz grandmother Luise.
