Stuart Pigott nominated our 2011er Rivaner as the wine of the month Wein des Monats November 2012! In his article Artikel (hier klicken) he discribes the image given to the grape Müller Thurgau in Germany, but highlights how we with individual care & attention as well as devotion created a fabulous wine.

We have been active in England the last few years but only recently has Jancis Robinson rediscovered our wines. In the October issue of the Decanter Magazins (hier klicken) our 2008 German Pinot Noir SJ 2008er Blauer Spätburgunder SJ is given very worthy review which encouraged new UK clients to visit us at our Vineyard in Germany.

In the last edition of the Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung Stuart Pigott writes in his colum about our 2011 German Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder vom Kaiserstuhl) 2011er Grauer Burgunder with it’s great depth and layers in the body. Also mentioning our 2009 German Pinot Gris SJ 2009er Grauer Burgunder SJ der ” with its even more intense flavour, complexity but very well bound wine.

We just found out that our 2011 German Sauvignon Blanc 2011er Sauvignon Blanc achieved the 4th Place 4. Platz at the Falstaff Sauvignon Blanc Trophy competition. Those of you who have not tried our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc Baden, should since the Aromas are tremendous, even stronger then our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc from Wiarapa, New Zealand.
